You are the interface between Höme and our partners: from initial contact and proposal processes to implementation and ongoing management of partnerships.
You will learn how sales and customer relationship management work in a creative environment.
Your tasks include maintaining existing partnerships, identifying new ones, and helping shape how we better support festival organizers and other events.
Customer Success Management: You are the primary contact for our partners and help them get the most out of our tools for their events.
Database maintenance: You ensure our information is up to date, accurate, and well organized.
Research: You identify new, exciting events that could be a good fit for us.
Support & tools: You will work with tools such as Intercom, Zendesk, and, of course, email.
On-site support: When needed, you will occasionally be onsite at events to assist our team at entry/check-in points.
Reporting & analysis: You assist with analyzing feedback and data so we can continue to improve.
