About this role
Role Overview
Active sales of on-premises IT infrastructure and cloud solutions hosted on our own cloud.
Approaching and advising small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs).
Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships — not one-off contacts.
Assessing customer needs & presenting clear, understandable solutions (remote & on-site).
Actively contributing to the development of our sales processes and strategy.
Creating concepts and preparing proposals.
Identifying upselling opportunities with your customers.
Willingness to work across Germany.
Requirements
You are interested in sales and IT — you will learn the technical depth with us.
Strong communication skills on the phone, in meetings and in direct on-site customer interactions.
Willingness to learn, self-initiative and perseverance.
Ideally you have some initial sales experience — however, your motivation is what matters most.
Challenges don’t deter you — they motivate you.
You are not afraid of responsibility and enjoy making decisions.
You are curious, eager to learn and want to continuously improve.
Team spirit is not a buzzword for you, but part of everyday work.
You are authentic, honest and outgoing.
