Role Overview
- Member of our Technical Operations team as a Support Engineer
- Handling 2nd and 3rd level tickets
- Participating in TAC calls with vendors
- Problem management using appropriate methods and tools such as Wireshark
- Performing minor and major updates
- Evaluating and planning major changes
- Supporting service transitions and service onboardings
- Interacting with Cisco colleagues in Professional Services
- 70% operations, 30% project work
- 70% security services, 30% networking
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience with firewalls
- Cisco Firepower
- Cisco ISE
- Cisco Umbrella
- Cisco Duo
- Syslog servers such as Graylog
- LAN/WLAN Cisco Classic
- Cisco Meraki
- Catalyst Center
- German language level at least C1
