Service Delivery Manager – Managed Workplace

Role Overview

• Operational responsibility for our Managed Workplace service based on MS 365 & MS Intune
• Support during service transition for new clients
• Interface between the operations team, project team and service management
• Support the further development of services through automation and improved user experience
• Planning and execution of minor/major changes
• Handling tickets
• Active participation in the agile MS-focused team
• Continuous optimization of client lifecycle processes

Requirements

• Completed technical degree or equivalent IT vocational training
• Ideally several years of professional experience in the MS 365 & endpoint management environment
• Experience in Service Design, Service Transition and Service Operation in the context of ITIL
• Solid knowledge of the MS 365 ecosystem
• Relevant experience in endpoint management such as MS Intune, MS Configuration Manager, MS Defender or comparable tools
• Ability to work independently with clear objectives
• Enjoys communication and collaboration with clients
• Fluent German, at least C1
