About this role
Role Overview
- Be part of comprehensive real estate and project developments
- Advise real estate companies and holding/investment companies in all legal forms on a wide range of tax matters
- Develop tax structures for asset and share deals
- Work on the technical aspects of drafting, evaluating and negotiating purchase and lease agreements
- Reflect results in tax balance sheets and tax returns and support tax audits
- Serve as a competent point of contact for clients
Requirements
- Degree, preferably in law, economics or real estate management
- Successfully completed tax advisor examination (Steuerberater) or equivalent qualification
- Ability to quickly understand complex issues and interrelationships
- Confident oral and written communication skills
- Solution-oriented
- Team player, communicative and committed
- Very good command of German and ideally English
- Proficient user of common MS Office applications
