Driving end to end improvement initiatives to improve material availability above 85%.
Establish and maintain business group reporting segments, including Aftermarket, Construction, Service, and Offshore.
Lead the short-term S&OE process for transactional sales.
Establish close communication for project and strategic updates across Service and the Service Supply Chain.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
8+ years of experience in performance management, people leadership experience, operations, or supply chain logistics, preferably within manufacturing industry
Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or formal S&OP/S&OE training is desirable
