About this role
Role Overview
- Driving end to end improvement initiatives to improve material availability above 85%.
- Establish and maintain business group reporting segments, including Aftermarket, Construction, Service, and Offshore.
- Lead the short-term S&OE process for transactional sales.
- Establish close communication for project and strategic updates across Service and the Service Supply Chain.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of experience in performance management, people leadership experience, operations, or supply chain logistics, preferably within manufacturing industry
- Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or formal S&OP/S&OE training is desirable
