Design impactful learning experiences: Apply adult learning theory and instructional design best practices to create modern, microlearning-based content
Translate complex knowledge: Convert complex technical product information into clear, actionable enablement experiences
Develop scalable programs: Build and manage onboarding and continuous learning programs across GTM Sales and Technical internal sales teams
Curate content libraries: Maintain scalable assets including playbooks, certifications, videos, and assessments
Advocate for the learner: Ensure every learning touchpoint is relevant, engaging, and accessible
Collaborate across teams: Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales, and Sales leaders to identify capability gaps and deliver tailored enablement solutions
Measure effectiveness: Use performance data and learner feedback to refine programs for continuous improvement
Analyze workflows: Identify repetitive, manual, or inefficient workflows that can be optimized with AI and automation
Implement AI tools: Deploy knowledge assistants, chatbots, personalization features, and automated reporting
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of experience in Learning Experience Design or Sales Enablement content development
