Role Overview
- Support the application product lifecycle, particularly on claims processing
- Collaborate with customers, engineers, and team members to gather project specifications

Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or closely related field
- Minimum 3
- 5 years in IS/IT

- 3 years in the Health Insurance Industry

- 3 years in the Healthcare industry
- Agile Methodology Certification (e.g., CSM, CSPO)
- Familiarity with open systems technologies
- Awareness of emerging healthcare IT regulations and trends
- Exposure to claims processing software or platforms (e.g., Facets, Amisys, HealthRules)
