Lead client onboarding: ICP definition, sales process mapping, campaign planning
Build and operate GTM infrastructure
Run and iterate campaigns end-to-end: ideation, messaging, A/B testing
Act as the main point of contact for clients: communicate clearly, manage expectations, deliver on time
Translate client needs into structured processes and reliable systems
Onboard and support Tricle AI clients (SMB & enterprise), gathering feedback from real usage
Identify where clients get stuck and work with the team to improve the experience
Help build our own strategy, AI automations and workflows
Requirements
Business-first, tech-curious. Both matter.
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Master's degree at a top-tier university
Business, Management, Economics, or related field with a quantitative or tech component
You're a natural with clients: confident communicator, high empathy, strong follow-through
You think in systems
structured, process-oriented, able to turn ambiguous problems into clear next steps
Comfortable learning and working with AI & GTM tools (Clay, n8n, HubSpot/Salesforce, Claude, ChatGPT etc.). No coding required, but eagerness to get hands-on with modern tools is a must
First professional experience working directly with clients
High ownership mentality: you don't wait to be told what to do next
Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment: things change, priorities shift, you adapt
Fluent in English and German.
