About this role
Role Overview
- You independently advise on and design agile IT projects and implement legal and regulatory requirements in the banking sector
- Elicitation, analysis and management of requirements are core responsibilities, as well as coordinating with business units and development teams
- You actively support the optimization and further development of IT systems and processes
- You maintain a collaborative working relationship and open communication with our clients
Requirements
- Experience as an IT Business Analyst in the banking industry and in statistical reporting (especially BiSta, AuSta, ZiSta, KreSta)
- Strong methodological and conceptual knowledge in business analysis and agile methodologies
- Independent and communicative working style that enables you to drive projects forward proactively
- Ideally, you have already implemented IT projects addressing regulatory requirements
- Fluent German skills (minimum C1)
