As Communications Manager (all genders) in our Corporate Communications squad, you make the work and impact of DigitalService visible.
You develop, create, and manage content for our digital channels — from the website and social media to the newsletter.
You ensure a consistent, professional, and impactful presence both internally and externally.
The role combines hands-on implementation with strategic and conceptual thinking.
Requirements
Communication experience: Solid practical experience in digital communication, for example in a company or agency, ideally in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
Content & Editorial: Strong editorial skills to present even complex topics in a way that suits the target audience, plus experience developing and planning various formats (particularly for website, LinkedIn, and newsletters).
Digital Channels & Tools: Routine operational management of communication channels, confident use of content management systems (CMS) and publishing tools, and experience creating and editing images for digital use.
Stakeholder Management: Confident coordination of communication content with internal stakeholders and, ideally, experience successfully managing external service providers.
Analysis & Optimization: Solid understanding of data-driven evaluation of communication activities using KPIs to derive concrete optimization approaches for day-to-day operations.
Language Skills: Very good and stylistically confident German skills in spoken and written form (C2 level), combined with good English skills (C1).
