About this role
Role Overview
Support moderation and quality control of user-generated content (reviews, Q&A, community interactions).
Handle escalated review cases according to moderation guidelines.
Monitor review syndication and content quality across brand shops and partner platforms.
Ensure new product launches are correctly integrated into review systems.
Identify operational inconsistencies and escalate issues where needed.
Assist with monitoring community/forum activity.
Support operational aspects of user research and customer feedback initiatives.
Contribute ideas to improve operational efficiency and review quality processes.
Help optimize workflows and reporting structures.
Requirements
Currently enrolled at a German university in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline).
Strong attention to detail and a structured, reliable way of working.
Ability to independently manage recurring operational tasks with high accuracy.
Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach.
Comfortable working with digital platforms and online tools.
Interest in e-commerce, online communities, and customer experience.
Confident handling of spreadsheets and data maintenance tasks (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets).
Strong written communication skills, with ability to work cross-functionally with different teams and stakeholders.
Proactive, collaborative team player with a high level of ownership.

Initial experience in moderation, community management, e-commerce, or digital operations.
Familiarity with content platforms or review systems.
Interest in user research, customer insights, or user-generated content (UGC).
