Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across Futurice, success means expanding our client base and strengthening strategic relationships while cultivating a strong, collaborative team culture

Proven success in business development and account management within the Nordic technology and digital consulting sector
An existing network and experience within the defence and security sectors combined with a genuine motivation to expand this expertise into the wider Nordic sector
Deep insights and an existing network within the Finnish public sector, including a strong grasp of complex procurement and public tenders
A genuine passion for expanding a portfolio by opening doors at entirely new clients
The ability to navigate complex sales, lead high-stakes negotiations, and articulate how data, AI, and digital transformation solve the sector's unique challenges
A systematic, self-driven approach with the resilience to navigate ambiguity
Eligibility for a standard Finnish security clearance (Suojelupoliisin perusmuotoinen turvallisuusselvitys), which requires Finnish citizenship
Fluency in business English and Finnish
Swedish is a strong plus as we scale across the Nordics
