Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve execution, accountability, and decision-making across the commercial organization
Develop and raise the standards of the Revenue Operations function while coaching existing operators
Apply AI and automation pragmatically to eliminate manual work, improve insight quality, and increase operational leverage
Requirements
5–6 years of Revenue Operations experience, including 2+ years leading the function within a B2B SaaS organization
Demonstrated success building and scaling operating foundations in complex, fast-growing businesses
Strong strategic and commercial acumen, with the ability to translate systems, processes, and data into measurable business outcomes
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, drive cross-functional alignment, and lead through collaboration rather than formal authority
A hands-on builder who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and creates clarity, structure, and momentum where none previously existed.
