You are the primary point of contact for our in-house talents
You support the search for new collaboration partners, create proposals and handle incoming inquiries
You demonstrate negotiation skills when dealing with contracts and price negotiations with partners and service providers
You develop concepts and content formats together with the talents and assist them in bringing these to life
You act as the interface between the talents and our partners, plan their engagements and ensure their well-being
You identify and recruit potential new talents for existing and future formats and shows

At least 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing or online marketing, e.g., in a digital, social media or PR agency
Interest in and a good sense for the latest digital and consumer trends
Confident use of all common social media networks and online communities
Ideally, experience in executing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
High creativity and motivation
Fluent German and proficiency in English, both written and spoken
