Requirements
Several years of experience in a comparable role
Broad, proven practical expertise in: Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, SQL, O365/Microsoft Azure, Citrix XenApp/Desktop, virtualization and storage solutions (ESX, Hyper-V / NetApp, Nimble), backup solutions (Veeam, Backup Exec), and in the firewall and network environment (Sophos, Cisco)
Degree from a technical college and technical certifications are an advantage
Strong customer
and service-oriented mindset and enjoyment of customer contact
Confident and professional presence
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
Team-oriented working style
Ability to develop your own solutions
Strong sense of responsibility and duty
High resilience and flexibility
Driver's license (Category B)
