About this role
Role Overview
- Provide 3rd-level support for the global Windows server infrastructure
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
- Oversee server deployment, updates, monitoring and alerting solutions
- Manage backup and recovery operations with Veeam
- Support approximately 650 users within the IT team
Requirements
- Technical education and extensive experience with Windows client and server systems
- Excellent knowledge of M365 and Endpoint Configuration Manager
- Solid experience with Active Directory and network infrastructure
- Familiarity with VMware, Hyper-V, MS SQL or SharePoint is a plus
- Analytical mindset and strong English skills
