About this role
Role Overview
Drive the growth and development of Xero's commercial relationships with accounting and bookkeeping partners
Help design and execute a digital strategy to modernise partner practices
Manage territory effectively and identify new opportunities for small businesses
Connect partners with cloud technology and empower the partner community
Execute quarterly plans to establish a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities
Utilise Salesforce to maintain high account hygiene and track outbound activity
Facilitate partner recruitment events, training webinars, and workshops to strengthen the community
Requirements
You bring a successful background in sales, preferably within a fast-paced technology or SaaS company
You have a natural ability to build rapid rapport and establish strong relationships with accounting partners
You possess a solutions-driven mindset along with the initiative to work autonomously and take ownership of processes
You bring a solid understanding of the inner workings and software systems of an accounting practice or SME platform
You have genuine enthusiasm for consultative selling and articulating value based on unique partner needs
You bring a collaborative spirit, eager to work alongside technical teams and facilitate community events
