Own the end-to-end pipeline. Prospecting, follow-up, negotiation and closing, managing your calendar and demonstrating ownership at every step.
Deliver the hotel ready to sell. Don’t stop at signing: ensure the partner is properly onboarded and already generating bookings.
Keep leadership in the loop. Maintain a clean pipeline and up-to-date numbers so no one needs to chase you.
Requirements
You’re a true hunter. Proven track record of closing deals, enjoy opening doors and don’t get discouraged by the first “no”.
Negotiate face-to-face. Strong experience in in-person meetings, closing deals at the table.
Operate with full autonomy. Manage your own schedule, work independently and take ownership of results.
Being on the road doesn’t intimidate you. Valid driver’s license (CNH), able to drive and willing to travel frequently across Brazil.
You speak the language of data. Comfortable with KPIs, CRM and commercial analysis to guide your approach.
See AI as a lever. Use technology to sell more and better, not as a threat.
Communicates and connects. Easy to build relationships, strong situational awareness and business acumen.
