Net Health is a leading-edge SaaS company in healthcare that helps caregivers harness data for human health. They are seeking a Client Sales Executive III to sell products and services, establish and maintain client relationships, and drive sales growth through renewals and upsells.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with new Client Executives to mentor/coach
- Complete special projects as assigned by VP
- Establish, drive and monitor renewals and upsells to existing targeted business clients
- Identify potential, renewal, upsell or add-on opportunities with our targeted customer base and help drive and support retention of these valued customers
- Develop strong client relationships with key managers or business owners
- Act as the liaison between our clients and our Net Health functional teams
- Work closely with the Net Health functional team representatives to ensure deadlines are met and our current clients are satisfied
- Resolve issues and handle complaints quickly and effectively when brought to your attention from clients
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to drive add-on, renewals and upsell business growth
- Learn and use effectively the department selling process
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the Net Health software solutions
- Develop and maintain account plans that include short, mid and long-term strategic plans for our current client base
- Track all sales activity in the CRM system to department guidelines
- Effectively build and present a business case and Return on Investment to managers, directors or Business Owners
- Complete and update quarterly Sales Territory Plan
Requirements:
- Minimum Education Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 4-7 years relevant experience; may have degree or equivalent
