About this role
Role Overview
Design, configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions within the Talent Management Suite
Customizing and system configuration of the relevant SuccessFactors modules
Implementation of business requirements from HR, management and related departments
Configuration of Business Rules, workflows, forms, roles and permissions
Creation, development and administration of a role-based authorization concept based on Role Based Permissions
Analysis and resolution of authorization issues within the SuccessFactors landscape
Coordination with HR, IT security and compliance regarding roles, permissions and governance requirements
Support for integrating the SuccessFactors solution into the existing H4/S4 landscape
Ensuring a consistent data, role and authorization structure
Support during testing, rollout and go-live
Analysis, optimization and further development of existing configurations and processes in talent management
Collaboration with internal teams as well as external partners and service providers
Work as part of an agile team
Requirements
Several years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors consultant
Solid knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management Suite
Strong experience in customizing and system configuration within SuccessFactors
Strong knowledge of Role Based Permissions and the design of authorization concepts
Experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects
Knowledge of SAP HCM, HCM-PE and H4/S4 is an advantage
Experience in HR transformation projects is desirable
Experience with integrating SuccessFactors and H4/S4 is desirable
Experience with SAP Identity Authentication Service and Identity Provisioning Service is an advantage
Knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control is an advantage
Structured and solution-oriented working style
Communication and teamwork skills in an interdisciplinary environment
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
