Role Overview
Monitor, route, and respond to inbound inquiries and trial signups across channels
Improve the agentic AI workflows for inbound handling
Directly convert high-intent prospects via email and phone
Track metrics for conversion and response, flagging issues
Collaborate with the Account Executives and Customer Success team
Build product expertise by working with Zello and customers
Requirements
0–3 years of experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply
Ability to chase outcomes and hit goals
Fast response and clear writing skills
Quick learner with software and automation tools
Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to issues
Organizational skills and calmness under high volume of inquiries
