Senior Director – IT Enterprise Strategy & Services

Role Overview

• Lead a multi-functional organization of Directors overseeing Infrastructure Architecture, PMO, Portfolio Planning, Application Support, Infrastructure Operations, and Site Support
• Provides leadership, direction, and performance management to a team of senior leaders responsible for critical IT service domains
• Develop and implement IT strategy aligned with business goals and objectives
• Oversee the design and implementation of enterprise and infrastructure architecture to ensure scalability, security, and efficiency
• Owns enterprise IT portfolio planning, prioritization, and execution
• Accountable for both 'run' (operations, support, stability) and 'change' (projects, transformation) across the IT services portfolio
• Defines and enforces service delivery KPIs and SLAs across all infrastructure and application support functions
• Drives continuous improvement in reliability, user experience, and cost efficiency
• Owns managed services strategy and performance
• Leads enterprise-wide transformation initiatives including cloud adoption, platform standardization, automation, and service modernization
• Monitor and optimize infrastructure and application performance, availability, and capacity
• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• Development and ongoing refinement of enterprise-wide IT architecture standards
• Ensure IT security and compliance requirements are embedded in IT architecture standards
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT strategy, enterprise architecture, and project management
• 10+ years equivalent work experience with Networking and Systems Equipment
• Proven experience in managing outsourced IT services
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with cloud computing, virtualization, and other modern infrastructure technologies
• Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL, PMP) are a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field (preferred)
