Role Overview
Lead a multi-functional organization of Directors overseeing Infrastructure Architecture, PMO, Portfolio Planning, Application Support, Infrastructure Operations, and Site Support
Provides leadership, direction, and performance management to a team of senior leaders responsible for critical IT service domains
Develop and implement IT strategy aligned with business goals and objectives
Oversee the design and implementation of enterprise and infrastructure architecture to ensure scalability, security, and efficiency
Owns enterprise IT portfolio planning, prioritization, and execution
Accountable for both 'run' (operations, support, stability) and 'change' (projects, transformation) across the IT services portfolio
Defines and enforces service delivery KPIs and SLAs across all infrastructure and application support functions
Drives continuous improvement in reliability, user experience, and cost efficiency
Owns managed services strategy and performance
Leads enterprise-wide transformation initiatives including cloud adoption, platform standardization, automation, and service modernization
Monitor and optimize infrastructure and application performance, availability, and capacity
Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Development and ongoing refinement of enterprise-wide IT architecture standards
Ensure IT security and compliance requirements are embedded in IT architecture standards
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in IT strategy, enterprise architecture, and project management
10+ years equivalent work experience with Networking and Systems Equipment
Proven experience in managing outsourced IT services
Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with cloud computing, virtualization, and other modern infrastructure technologies
Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL, PMP) are a plus.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field (preferred)
