Own the entire sales cycle: from first contact to closing and account expansion
Drive customer acquisition, meeting generation, proposal creation, negotiations, and customer growth in a structured way
Present and sell Fieldwire software solution primarily through digital channels and phone interactions, while also meeting customers on-site when valuable
Work with a combination of inbound leads, Hilti-generated opportunities, and targeted outbound prospecting
Deliver engaging and value-driven software demonstrations that clearly showcase business impact for customers
Collaborate closely with Hilti BELUX sales teams and marketing to build a strong pipeline
Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas
Requirements
Holds a relevant degree or vocational qualification
Has 1
3 years of experience in sales and/or project management within the construction industry
Has experience
or a strong interest
in SaaS, construction technology, software sales, or scale-up environments
Is ambitious, structured, self-driven, and motivated by achieving results
Thrives in customer interactions and demonstrates strong discovery, consulting, communication, and presentation skills
Has an entrepreneurial mindset and focuses on opportunities rather than limitations
Feels comfortable managing digital customer interactions while also engaging customers face-to-face when needed
Can demonstrate a track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas
Uses feedback proactively to continuously improve
Is fluent in French and Portuguese, Spanish is considered a plus
Is willing to travel for customer meetings and team events when required
