Completed commercial training or degree (e.g., Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics/Supply Chain, E‑Commerce, or similar)
Highly self-motivated, quick learner, and eager to develop
Independent, structured working style and strong sense of ownership
Analytical thinking and data-driven decision making
Passion for operations: manage priorities, plan capacities, and keep task flows stable
Advanced Excel skills, tech-savvy, and enthusiasm for automation and tooling
Business-fluent German and English (spoken and written)
Nice-to-haves: experience with Amazon FBA and Seller Central
Comfortable with collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, etc.)
Know-how in shipping/logistics, customs clearance, and carrier management
Strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic hands-on mindset
Curiosity about tools, automation, and AI, as Amazon and operations evolve rapidly
