Monitor and process docketing-related emails and ensure accurate recording and updating deadlines in the case management system
Manage patent-related formalities, including: first filings, national phase entry, EP validations, assignments, national patent prosecution formalities, IDS submissions, opposition matters, correspondence with internal inventors and external partners, obtaining foreign filing licenses
Handle direct correspondence with patent authorities (PVS, EPO, and WIPO) and coordinate activities with foreign patent agencies regarding filings and patent prosecution
Support patent attorneys in portfolio management and administrative aspects of patent prosecution with a high level of responsibility and ownership
Contribute to the continuous improvement, maintenance, and implementation of departmental procedures, templates, and guidelines
Support the upkeep and optimization of the case management system (IPMS) and prepare and coordinate internal IP-related reports and data extracts
Ensure efficient and compliant handling of patent administration processes across jurisdictions
Requirements
At least 3-5 years experience as a patent paralegal
Qualified IP Administrator (QIPA) or equivalent certifications or -work experience
Experience in filing DK, EP and PCT patent applications.
Experience in working with foreign patent agencies related to foreign filings and patent prosecution.
Solid understanding of patent formalities and administrative procedures
