Requirements
18+ years managing and growing large-scale client business and global brand portfolios, primarily within a social-first or digital agency environment.
Deep fluency in social platforms, creator and influencer ecosystems, and community-driven brand building, plus a real command of social-first measurement.
8+ years managing at least 4 direct reports.
A proven track record of strong, lasting client relationships and leadership.
A real skill for pitching and winning new business.
Experience leading all client engagements: strategic guidance, thought leadership, integrated plans, staffing solutions, revenue forecasts, and oversight of day-to-day account operations.
Experience leading account planning across multiple clients and industries.
