Role Overview
Monitor the Operational Resilience project portfolio in a structured manner (Management).
Consolidate and monitor status reports, schedules, milestones, risks and dependencies; ensure methodological adherence and governance.
Implement and provide visibility to RAS/KRIs/KPIs, OKRs and health metrics; prepare technical assessments and executive reports with key messages to support decision-making.
Support agile practices (Scrum/Kanban), ceremonies, capacity management and a culture of continuous improvement.
Create and maintain dashboards (e.g., Power BI/Tableau) and support process automation.
Standardize templates, rituals and artifacts; facilitate communication between areas and removal of impediments.
Align the area roadmap with strategic priorities and support prioritization cycles and quarterly planning.
Lead or provide methodological support to functional teams leading internal management projects.
Actively participate in project planning and monitoring, always maintaining balance.
Monitor project progress and collaborate with the team to suggest improvements to project action strategies during execution.
Manage conflicts internally and across areas for projects that span multiple sectors.
Lead multidisciplinary status meetings between teams.
Strong communication skills and adaptability to critical environments.
Contribute to the creation, standardization and evolution of project, program and portfolio management methodologies.
Support the implementation and dissemination of frameworks, templates, rituals and tools.
Act as a facilitator between the VMO and internal areas, promoting a governance culture and project excellence.
Identify gaps and propose improvements to processes, flows and practices.
Create training materials, guides and courses, and support professionals in adopting practices.
Excellent knowledge and practical experience preparing plans that involve multiple, sometimes related, projects.
Experience leading status meetings, executive presentations or reporting with middle management.
Comfortable working across multifunctional teams, preferably related to finance.
Strong communication skills, crisis (conflict) management and adaptability to critical environments.
Strong systems thinking, organization, analytical mindset and results orientation when managing multiple projects.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, IT, Actuarial Science or Law.
Experience in non-financial risk management and/or PMO/VMO with a focus on non-financial risk (NFR)/resilience.
Intermediate English.
Practical knowledge of frameworks: ISO 31000, ISO 22301, ISO 27001, COBIT, NIST; familiarity with BIS/Basel principles.
