Conduct post-event follow-up (sending materials, satisfaction surveys and reports);
Support the commercial/sales team with event-related activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields;
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and deadline management;
Good verbal and written communication;
Proactive, hands-on attitude;
Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (email marketing, social media, CRM);
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills;
Experience or exposure to planning and executing corporate events;
Experience working in technology companies;
Experience with B2B corporate events;
Knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., RD Station);
Intermediate to advanced English.
