Responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring and promoting the continuous improvement of BP’s corporate health and well-being programs.
Manage VIVA 365 initiatives focused on physical, emotional, social, intellectual, financial and spiritual well-being.
Analyze indicators, manage relationships with suppliers and partners, coordinate with internal departments and propose solutions that strengthen a culture of care, engagement and employee experience.
Lead projects, campaigns and corporate events related to well-being.
Oversee relationships with suppliers, service providers and partners involved in health and well-being programs.
Monitor, analyze and consolidate department indicators and dashboards.
Validate and track payments to service providers and suppliers, ensuring accurate recording in information systems and compliance with processes.
Requirements
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Physical Education, Social Work or related Human Development fields.
SPECIALIZATION: Additional training or a postgraduate degree in People Management, Corporate Health, Well-being or Organizational Development is desirable.
EXPERIENCE: Solid experience in health, well-being and human development programs, including structuring, implementing and monitoring initiatives that promote healthy environments, engagement and quality of work life.
Experience with People Experience, Corporate Health or Organizational Development initiatives will be considered a significant advantage.
ESSENTIAL TOOLS: Advanced Excel (data analysis, survey consolidation, KPIs and dashboards). PowerPoint (development of executive presentations and internal communication materials).
DIFFERENTIATORS (MICROSOFT ECOSYSTEM): Knowledge of Microsoft tools to optimize processes is a plus: Microsoft Forms, Power Automate, Microsoft Bookings.
