Play a key role in client relationship management, supporting and working hand-in-hand with client leads to understand their business objectives, challenges, and marketing goals, and deliver tailored solutions.
Design and deliver comprehensive sports marketing strategies
Provide support to the planning, execution, and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns including sponsorships, events, digital marketing, and activations.
Work with internal teams in the development of creative assets.
Manage external vendor relationships, ensuring timely and effective campaign delivery
Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to identify new opportunities for clients.
Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance using key metrics (including our proprietary ROO model) and analytics tools.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
Support internal teams in the development of proposals and pitches to secure new projects and accounts.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in account management, ideally within an agency setting.
Three-year degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
An understanding of digital marketing, sponsorships and event management.
A passion for sports and an understanding of the sports industry.
