HR Generalist

Role Overview

• Respond promptly and professionally to employee inquiries, resolving issues effectively
• Collect and verify hours worked for each employee
• Obtain necessary approvals from management for exceptional payments
• Accurately calculate payroll, including overtime, bonuses, and deductions
• Issue payment statements to employees, either electronically or in print
• Maintain accurate records of hourly rates, wages, benefits, and new hire data
• Ensure compliance with all payroll-related tax laws and regulations
• Support payroll and HR-related projects
• Prepare payroll and HR-related reports for senior management
• Handle confidential employee information with discretion and care

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in HR
• Experience in HR administration for blue-collar roles
• Solid understanding of labor law and HR compliance
• Strong skills in Excel; experience with SF, DATEV, and Biopanel is a plus
• Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, self-reliance, and results orientation
• Fluent German and English are mandatory
