About this role
Role Overview
Independently manage complex customer inquiries, requests, and complaints through phone and electronic communication.
Coordinate with sales, production, warehouse, shipping, and contract manufacturing teams to support order fulfillment and delivery commitments.
Monitor and resolve customer issues related to orders, shipments, invoicing, and product availability.
Maintain accurate customer interaction records and update databases to support reporting and operational needs.
Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes while supporting OTD and business performance objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
Experience supporting customers within a manufacturing or industrial environment
Advanced English communication skills (C1 level or higher)
Experience using SAP and strong planning, coordination, and demand management skills
