Senior People Business Partner

Role Overview

• Strategic advice and support for leaders on all people-related matters across the employee lifecycle
• Acting as a sparring partner on leadership, organization, performance, transformation, and change
• Co-designing talent management, talent intelligence, skills management, and succession planning
• Contributing to strategic workforce planning and the development of future role and competency profiles
• Supporting AI transformation and digital change processes from a people perspective
• Using people analytics and data-driven insights to derive concrete actions
• Recruiting and filling key and leadership positions
• Participating in innovative people projects with clear business impact
• Close collaboration with a professional and committed people team

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a People Business Partner, HR Business Partner, or in a comparable strategic people role, ideally within a corporate environment
• Strong understanding of modern people practices, transformation, organization, and leadership
• Experience in talent management, succession planning, skills management, strategic workforce planning, and people analytics
• Interest in AI transformation and digital HR developments; practical experience with HR tools and AI-supported applications
• Very good knowledge of Austrian labor law and HR processes across the employee lifecycle
• Strong knowledge of generative AI applications (MS CoPilot, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
• Excellent German and English language skills
• High consulting competence, analytical thinking, and a confident presence with leaders and management
• Empathy, integrity, initiative, and a strong team-oriented attitude
