Management of trademark, design, and domain name portfolios
Preparation of trademark and design filing activities, including worldwide clearance and availability searches across relevant databases
Drafting and reviewing Letters of Intent (LOIs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Coexistence Agreements, and Intellectual Property licensing agreements.
Management of civil and criminal intellectual property disputes, including cease-and-desist letters and settlement agreements
Brand Protection: management of online and offline anti-counterfeiting activities, including coordination with external service providers and relationships with competent authorities
Organization of training sessions for Customs Authorities, Police, and the Financial Police on intellectual property protection and anti-counterfeiting
Providing intellectual property support to internal stakeholders, including the Commercial and Customer Care departments, in managing IP-related requests.
Requirements
Master's Degree in Law (5-year degree)
3 years of experience in a similar Intellectual Property role within the Fashion/Luxury industry
Interest in Intellectual Property matters and willingness to develop expertise in the field
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
