Leverage competitive intelligence and labor market data to inform hiring decisions in high-demand manufacturing regions.
Conduct proactive talent mapping for critical manufacturing roles, including direct labor, engineering, and leadership positions.
Build pipelines for emerging manufacturing technologies and global supply chain capabilities.
Ensure recruiting processes meet compliance standards for manufacturing hiring, including labor law, safety certifications, and diversity goals.
Monitor ATS metrics and KPIs to optimize recruiter performance and hiring velocity across global factory sites.
Coach and mentor recruiters to build expertise in manufacturing and supply chain talent acquisition.
Champion inclusive hiring practices across all manufacturing sites, ensuring diverse candidate slates for leadership and technical roles.
Promote the company as an employer of choice in manufacturing hubs through targeted campaigns, job fairs, and partnerships with technical schools and trade organizations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; equivalent experience in talent acquisition or HR leadership will be considered.
Minimum of 10 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with a proven track record of hiring across manufacturing, supply chain, operations, and procurement functions.
Demonstrated success in leading and managing recruitment teams, including oversight of daily operations, performance coaching, and process optimization.
