Requirements
Demonstrated success in SLED
state and local government and/or education markets.
An existing, active professional network in Texas, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
A track record of leading complex pursuits from qualification through to contract execution.
Proven ability to oversee project teams and ensure client success in complex environments.
The ability to command a room, mentor teams, and build trusted relationships with senior leaders.
A history of building and exceeding a $3-5M annual portfolio in net new SLED sales.
Experience overseeing large-scale engagements in digital transformation, cloud, data, or IT modernization.
Familiarity with partner ecosystems like Microsoft, AWS, Google, or Salesforce.
A deep, nuanced understanding of legislative processes, public sector procurement, and funding cycles.
