Liaise and interact with business analysts and client user teams to ensure a correct understanding of reported issues or service requests;
Plan and coordinate the execution of service requests with the development team;
Provide ongoing feedback to client users on the progress of tickets and service requests;
Perform unit and integration testing when necessary to ensure deliverables meet the validated scope;
Propose and lead process improvement and risk mitigation initiatives;
Evaluate and analyze user requests through testing and diagnostics of potential faults and impacts to ensure system stability;
Handle incidents submitted by client users related to SAP modules.

Proven experience in SAP implementation projects and AMS (Application Management Services) on SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori.
