Role Overview
- Lead the strategy, development, and delivery of Pfizer’s core HCP digital products
- Combine product strategy with hands-on product ownership
- Define core clinician personas and experiences
- Own the HCP product roadmap and manage the product lifecycle
- Collaborate across UX, Operations, and Strategy teams
- Champion human-centered design methodology
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience across product management and product strategy
- Proven record of defining product direction and owning digital products end to end
- Deep expertise in journey mapping, persona definition, and human-centered design
- Strong analytical approach to decision-making
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
- Strong writing, presentation, and influencing skills
