Leading commercialization efforts for high-growth remote monitoring initiatives
Analyzing market dynamics, customer economics, reimbursement environments, and competitive positioning
Developing data-driven sales strategies and accurate revenue forecasts
Engaging executive-level stakeholders to build business cases aligned to health system priorities
Crafting value-based proposals that align with health system strategic initiatives
Navigating complex procurement processes, contracting structures, and long enterprise sales cycles
Partnering with other members of the Philips commercial team to identify growth opportunities for the Venture
Supporting customer success and account management during implementations and program launches
Generating reliable revenue forecasts and pipeline visibility to support Venture growth objectives
Requirements
5+ years in business development, clinical sales, sales support, or equivalent for a digital healthcare company, selling to U.S. health systems
Proven track record in full-cycle sales, from outreach to contract close
Experience with telehealth, remote monitoring, and/or home-based management of higher-risk patients
Digitally fluent, with the ability to translate product nuances into clear, impactful stories
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to interact with executive level management and customers
Must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.
May require 50-70% travel annually
