Equipment Sales Associate

Role Overview

• Sell dental equipment and support regional market share growth
• Participate in region installation meetings and manufacturer meetings
• Complete co-travels with service technicians and experienced Equipment Specialists
• Maintain customer relationships and educate customers on product features
• Represent the company in sales calls and assist regional sales team
• Achieve annual sales goals as established with Director of Equipment Sales
• Manage administrative duties such as preparing reports and entering data in Salesforce
• Attend sales meetings and trade shows, remaining cognizant of industry trends

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of related professional experience
• Basic understanding of industry practices
• General proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures
• Basic planning/organizational skills and techniques
• Good decision making, analysis and problem-solving skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic presentation and public speaking skills
• Basic interpersonal skills
• Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline
