Develop and apply systems engineering products and analyses to support requirement development, acquisition, deployment, and sustainment of AI/ML capabilities.
Develop, deploy, and maintain AI and machine learning models using given datasets and customer requirements.
Test and develop machine learning that meet or exceed desired performance evaluation metrics.
Utilize understanding of the concepts of supervised and unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, model evaluation metrics, and hyperparameter tuning.
Monitor model performance in production environments to ensure reliable, efficient, and scalable model performance.
Develop AI/ML concept plans, including requirements and conceptual planning.
Assist in the design and development of AI algorithms.
Conduct technology trade studies to research, analyze, and evaluate various options, documenting results to determine the best value solution for specific problems.
Perform engineering investigations of considerable complexity to resolve technical issues.
Review literature, patents, and current practices to inform solutions for assigned projects.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering
Three (3) or more years of relevant IC or DoD financial experience
Minimum of eight (8) years of progressively complex systems design, acquisition, and test experience
Active TS/SCI Clearance
Master’s degree in systems or electrical engineering preferred
Systems Engineering certification from INCOSE or DAWIA preferred
10 years of experience in AI/ML preferred
