Requirements
- 3+ years building and shipping production software
- Strong Python and CS fundamentals
- Experience with databases, queues, or real-time systems
- Familiarity with FastAPI, Pydantic, async
- Experience with production agentic / LLM systems
- Architectural judgment for AI systems
- Knowledge of AI-native workflow and tools
- Strong product sense and judgment
- Self-management and continuous-improvement mindset
