About this role

Design core user flows and features for a 0-1 product
Create polished deliverables including vision presentations, journey maps, service blueprints, and detailed interaction flows
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across product, marketing, and engineering disciplines

Proven experience and/or training in design or a related field, with an emphasis on user experience, interaction design, or visual design
Ability to proficiently facilitate ideation workshops
Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication and storytelling skills
Excellent design craft and the ability to blend that with strong intuition for addressing business goals
Mastery of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design tools such as Keynote, Sketch, or Figma
Experience designing accessible and inclusive interfaces for people with disabilities.
Understanding of applying WCAG conformance criteria in design
