Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design / UX-UI design
- Portfolio demonstrating shipped products and their impact
- Strong UX and UI skills, attention to detail, and a taste for polished, accessible interfaces
- Proficient in Figma
- Ideally, experience creating and managing a design system
- Product mindset and ability to interpret usage data to link design decisions to product goals
- Daily, autonomous use of AI (prototyping via Claude, analytics with PostHog)
