You will work full-time, based at one of our locations in Germany or remotely from home.
In this role you operate at the intersection of IT infrastructure, process management, automation and internal IT projects.
You bring structure to existing workflows, further develop processes and primarily support the meaningful use of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, automation and AI.
You identify opportunities for automation and AI support in existing IT processes and help develop and implement suitable solutions.
You accompany internal projects and solutions related to SharePoint and Microsoft 365, enhance existing applications and processes, and ensure sustainable usage.
You take responsibility for planning, controlling and monitoring IT projects and ensure transparent communication between the teams and interfaces involved.
You analyze existing IT processes, identify areas for improvement and support the development of more efficient, transparent and practical procedures in the IT infrastructure environment.
You maintain IT assets, systems and processes in central IT documentation and management systems, advance IT documentation and prepare technical documentation and decision papers for different target groups.
Requirements
Completed training or degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification with relevant practical experience
Initial experience in process management and project management in an IT environment, familiarity with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint as well as with automation and AI
Knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, process modeling, ITIL, ServiceNow, CMDB systems and automation technologies
Structured and analytical working style, strong communication and documentation skills and a high degree of self‑initiative
Very good German language skills and good English skills for communication in an international environment
