Included operationally in the company’s full-cycle accounting activities in accordance with local accounting standards, local tax regulations and the Eldrive Group accounting policies.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports within the Company deadlines.
Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
Prepare and submit statutory, tax, and regulatory reports to relevant authorities
Manage cash flow reporting and oversee banking operations
Coordinate external audits and act as the main point of contact for auditors, tax authorities, and external advisors
Ensure compliance with local tax action rules (incl., VAT, Corporate tax, payroll tax), and internal control requirements.
Support management with financial analysis and ad hoc reporting
Drive continuous improvement and optimization of accounting processes and systems
Collaborate with internal and international stakeholders across the organization
Requirements
University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in a Senior Accountant position
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and tax legislation
Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken (mandatory)
Advanced MS Excel skills and strong digital literacy
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is considered a strong advantage
Experience preparing statutory financial statements and managing audits
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
Leadership skills and a proactive, hands-on approach
