About this role
Role Overview
- Register and process primary accounting documents in the accounting system
- Maintain and archive accounting documentation in accordance with company policies
- Prepare payment orders and record banking transactions
- Reconcile supplier and customer accounts
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and account reconciliations
- Support the preparation of internal reports and data submissions to external institutions
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records and supporting documentation
- Communicate with suppliers, customers, and colleagues regarding accounting documents and routine accounting matters
- Provide day-to-day support to the operational team and Financial controller
Requirements
- Higher vocational or university degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles and tax regulations
- Good English language skills, both written and spoken (mandatory)
- Good MS Excel skills and general computer literacy
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is considered an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player
- Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
