About this role

Lead technology strategy, engineering excellence, and AI enablement across SPG's diverse business lines
Partner closely with business leaders across all SPG divisions to drive digital transformation
Modernize technology infrastructure, and position SPG as a technology-first specialty insurance leader
Participate actively in Hub International's technology governance bodies, leadership forums, and strategic planning sessions

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant work experience, Engineering, or related technical field; advanced degree preferred
15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience with at least 5 years in senior executive roles (VP Engineering, CTO, or equivalent)
Proven track record leading technology organizations of 50+ engineers across multiple locations and business units
Experience in insurance, financial services, or other highly regulated industries strongly preferred
Demonstrated success in scaling digital platforms and e-commerce businesses (B2C and/or B2B)
