Prepare and lodge statutory documents with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM).
Assist with company incorporations and statutory changes involving directors, shareholders, registered office addresses, constitutions, share capital, and other corporate matters.
Prepare board resolutions, members' resolutions, meeting minutes, consent forms, and other corporate secretarial documentation.
Maintain and update statutory registers, company records, minute books, and compliance documentation.
Monitor filing deadlines and ensure timely submission of annual returns, statutory forms, and other required lodgments.
Ensure compliance with the Companies Act 2016, SSM requirements, and applicable corporate regulations.
Liaise with clients, directors, shareholders, auditors, tax agents, regulators, and other professional parties.
Support due diligence exercises, document reviews, and company information extraction requests.
Support the team with Singapore corporate secretarial operational matters.
Assist in preparing standard corporate secretarial documents for Singapore entities.
Coordinate internal workflows relating to filings, resolutions, and compliance deadlines.
Participate in training and development on Singapore corporate governance and compliance processes.
Maintain accurate records and organized filing systems.
Track work progress, deadlines, and client deliverables.
Support process improvements and standardization initiatives.
Requirements
Diploma, Degree, or professional qualification in Corporate Administration, Business Administration, Law, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of corporate secretarial experience in Malaysia.
Hands-on experience with SSM lodgments and Malaysian statutory compliance matters.
Good understanding of the Companies Act 2016 and common corporate secretarial procedures.
Experience preparing resolutions, statutory forms, registers, and corporate records.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently.
Comfortable communicating with clients and professional service providers.
Willingness to learn Singapore corporate secretarial requirements and practices.
